Material
Paneer – 250 grams
Rock salt – as per taste
Potato - 3
Red chilli – 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander – 1 cup
Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Green chilli - 2
Khoya – 1/2 cup
Buckwheat flour – 2 cups
Almonds – 1 cup
Raisins – 1 cup
Ghee - 3 spoons
Cashew – 1 cup

Recipe
1. First of all, boil the potatoes and grate the cheese.
2. Then add black pepper, buckwheat flour, red chili, green chili, coriander, and khoya to the potato and cheese mixture.
3. Mix the mixture well and add finely chopped cashews, almonds, and raisins.


4. Press the prepared mixture well and prepare koftas in the form of small balls.
5. Heat ghee in a pan and fry the balls one by one.
6. After they turn brown, take out the balls in a vessel.
7. Your potato-paneer koftas are ready. Serve hot with mint chutney.
