Method of practicing Naukasana
Step 1- To practice this asana, lie on your back and keep your legs together.

According to yoga experts, Naukasana yoga should not be practiced in case of some physical problems. If you have low blood pressure, severe headache, or migraine or have been suffering from any spinal problem in recent times, then do not do this yoga. Asthma and heart patients are also advised to avoid this posture. Women are advised not to do this yoga during pregnancy and menstruation.
