To make a voter card online, go to https://voters.eci.gov.in/ from your phone or laptop. After this create your ID with the help of a phone number. After that login by entering OTP with the same ID.

Upload your photo and enter the voter card number of any member of your household. After this upload the Aadhar card as address.
After filling all the information, check it again and submit it. After this you will get an application ID, keep it safely. After about a week, you can track your application by visiting this site. After the voter card is made, you can download it. After a few days, the voter card will also reach your home.
