Will give competition to WhatsApp
This instant messaging app has been developed by the Center for Development of Telematics. This app has now passed Trust Assurance Level(TAL) 4. After which it has got the green signal from DRDO. In an ex-post, DRDO said that the Samvad app has passed the security test.
This app provides message and voice facilities to the users with end-to-end security. It is expected that this app will compete with WhatsApp.

When will it be available?
Samvad App is not currently available for use by all users. These days its testing process is going on. But if you want to use it then it can be accessed by visiting the CDoT website. To use it, you will have to fill in some important details.
Testing of this app is also going on
Let us tell you, these days the testing process of two messaging apps is going on. In which there is a dialogue that has recently been given the green signal by DRDO. Whereas, the second app is Sandes.
