Ingredients required
1 cup wheat porridge,
1 tsp cumin,
1/2 tsp ginger paste,
1/2 tsp turmeric,
1/4 cup peas,
1/2 cup soaked moong dal,
2 tbsp ghee,
1 pinch asafoetida,
1 chopped tomato,
1 chopped carrot,
4 cups water and

Recipe
> First of all you have to fry the porridge. For this, heat one spoon of ghee in a pan or kadhai. Then add the porridge and fry for 2-3 minutes until the aroma comes out.
> Now heat one spoon of ghee in the cooker. Then add cumin seeds and let it crackle for a minute. After this add asafoetida and ginger paste and mix. Now add tomatoes to it mix well and cook until tomatoes become soft.
> After this add peas, carrots, turmeric, and salt to the cooker. Mix well and cook for about 2 minutes. After everything is cooked, add soaked moong dal and water. Mix well and pressure cook for 3 whistles.
> Vegetable porridge is ready. Serve this porridge with curd, pickle, or any salad and enjoy. Apart from being delicious to eat, this porridge is also considered very good for your digestive system.
