Take flour, salt, sugar, asafoetida, kalonji, baking soda and 4 1/2 tbsp oil in a bowl. Mix the ingredients with your fingertips until it becomes coarse like bread crumbs. Now add water to the flour mixture and knead it like a dough. Let it rest for some time.

After this, roll the dough into half a centimetre thick paratha. Cut them into a round shape with the help of a round cutter. Now heat oil in a pan and fry these round salt balls till they turn golden brown.

Spread 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce on top of each salted bun and sprinkle each of them with grated cheese and chopped parsley. Place a few slices of chopped carrots on top of each salt pepper. Now toast them in a preheated oven at 140 degree Celsius for 2 minutes till the cheese melts. Take them out and enjoy.
