Apart from being delicious, it is also full of health. Apart from ragi flour, wheat and rice flour are also used to make Nachni roti. Let's know its recipe.

Necessary ingredients
Ragi flour - 1/2 cup
Wheat flour - 2 tbsp
Rice flour - 1/2 cup
Carrot grated - 2 tbsp
Onion finely chopped - 2 tbsp
Ginger grated - 1/4 tsp
Green chilli chopped - 1 tsp
Green coriander chopped - 2 tbsp
Cumin - 1 tsp
Curry leaves - 7-8
oil - as needed
salt - as per taste

Method Of Making:
To make Nachni Roti, first add ragi flour, wheat flour and rice flour in a deep-bottomed vessel and mix all three well. After this, cut fine pieces of onion, green chillies and green coriander leaves and add them to the flour and mix them. Now add grated carrot and ginger and add salt as per taste and mix all the ingredients well.

Now add curry leaves to the flour and then add water little by little and knead the dough. Keep in mind that the dough is a soft kneading. After this, make balls of equal proportion of the dough and keep them. Now take a nonstick pan/griddle and keep it on medium heat for heating. In the meanwhile, take a ball and roll it. When the griddle gets hot, put some oil in it and spread it all around.

Now put the rolled Nachni roti in the pan and roast it. After roasting for some time, flip the roti and apply some oil to it. Roast the roti from the other side till it becomes golden and crispy from both sides. After this take out the roti on a plate. Similarly, prepare Nachni roti by rolling all the balls. Serve the flavourful Nachni Roti with vegetables or raita.
