Ingredients for making Naan Sandwich
2 leftover naan, mint chutney, 1/2 cup chopped onion (for filling), 1/2 cup chopped onion (for sandwich), 1/2 cup chopped tomato, chopped cucumber, 1 boiled potato, 1 cup soaked soya, Chopped green coriander, red chili powder, black pepper powder, chili cut into 2-4 pieces, chat masala, butter-cheese grated and salt as per taste.

Naan Sandwich Recipe
Step 1 - Heat a pan on a flame. Now put some butter in it. Then add chopped onion, chopped chili and fry it. Add red chili powder, and black pepper powder and mix. When mixed well, add boiled potatoes and soaked soya and mash them.

Step 2 - If you want, you can also add soya sauce and chili sauce to this mixture, but it is optional. When this mixture starts cooking after mixing well, add chaat masala and chopped coriander to it and take it off the flame.

Step-3 Now put some butter in a pan on the gas and bake the naan. Heat the naan till it becomes crispy and hard. Then put hot naan on a plate and spread mint chutney on it. Then spread the cooked potato and soya mixture. Place chopped tomatoes and onions and cucumber on top of the naan. Sprinkle salt, black pepper, chaat masala, and grated paneer.
