You can make naan roti at home without a tandoor. Let's know the easy way to make it.
Material :
500 g all-purpose flour, 2-3 tbsp curd, 1 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp powdered sugar, 1 cup warm water, 3 tsp butter
Method :
First of all mix flour, salt, and powdered sugar in a bowl.
Now mix curd and baking soda in it and leave it for two minutes.
After adding lukewarm water to the flour, knead the dough soft.
Now make small balls of dough.
Now flip the naan and pat it with your fingers applying little water on the other side.
Heat the pan upside down on the gas and put the naan in it in such a way that it sticks.
Cook the naan by half-covering it, turn it over, and cook it from both sides.
Your tandoori naan is ready.
