Ingredients of Multigrain Methi Thepla
- 1/2 cup wheat flour
- 1/2 cup jowar flour
- 1/2 cup gram flour
- 1/2 cup ragi flour
- 1 cup curd
- 1 cup fenugreek, finely chopped
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp green paste1 tsp ajwain
- 1 tsp crushed red chili Salt to taste
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- A pinch of asafoetida
- 2 tbsp oil
How to Make Multigrain Methi Thepla
1. Take all the flour in a big utensil, add curd, little oil, and spices to it and mix.
2. Knead the dough by adding water as required. Grease it with oil and keep it aside for some time.
3. After some time, make the dough and roll it into a round shape. Apply oil on a hot griddle and cook till it becomes crispy from both sides.
