Experts say that people who have heart disease or high cholesterol are advised to eat egg whites. There is little fat in it and it provides protein to the body. Eating this does not increase cholesterol. Those who focus on weight loss are advised to eat egg whites. The white part is more beneficial for those who are in this phase.
Egg yolk
Talking about the yellow part of the egg, Vitamin D is found in abundance in it which is essential for bone health. Immunity is also boosted by its consumption. It contains the presence of Vitamin A which is very beneficial for maintaining eyesight. Thin people are advised to eat the entire egg to get adequate nutrition. Overall, both parts of the egg are beneficial. You can consume it according to your health and needs. Experts also say that consuming eggs in limited quantities does not cause any problems. Consuming anything in excess can prove to be harmful to health.
