Expert says, “Adi Mudra is an effective technique to reduce the problem of snoring. Anyone anywhere can do this. You should do the mudra daily for 10 to 15 minutes. With this posture, the flow of oxygen in the body is good, due to which the efficiency of the lungs also increases. In addition, it calms the mind and improves the functioning of the nervous system, which gives relief from snoring.
Method of Adi Mudra
- Sit down by straightening your back.
- Place the thumb on the edge of the little finger.
- Make a fist by covering the rest of the fingers with the thumb.
- Now keep the hands on the knees or thighs.
- Keep your eyes closed and keep breathing and exhaling during this.
