Most of us want that when we get a vacation or a chance, we go somewhere else to travel, but the journey is not pleasant for everyone because many people vomit and head while traveling in a car, bus, train, or airplane. There is a complaint of dizziness. This is called motion sickness. After all, how can this problem be avoided, let us know?

Keep these things in mind before leaving for the journey

1. If you have problems with gas and acidity, then keep essential medicines with us during the journey and eat them on the advice of the doctor.
2. It is generally advised to take anti 2. acid medicine in the morning on an empty stomach before a long journey.
3. Whenever you have to go on a long journey, stay away from tea and coffee on this day because it produces gas in the stomach which spoils your digestion process.


4. During the journey, do not leave on an empty stomach even by mistake, rather eat such things which are easily digested. This will not cause stomach upset.
5. If you often vomit while traveling, then keep cardamom in your mouth, it will remove the complaint of nausea.
6. On the day of going on a journey, drink half a teaspoon of celery and black salt on an empty stomach in the morning, it will not cause problems related to gas.
7. Avoid drinking warm milk on an empty stomach on the morning of the journey.
8. Do not let your body lack water on the way, keep drinking water or fruit juice.


9. Keep citrus fruits like lemon, orange, and sweet lime while traveling, and keep eating them in between.
10. Mix one spoon of apple vinegar in half a glass of water and drink it in the morning, this will keep the digestive system healthy.
