Moong dal should not be eaten under these conditions
1. Low Blood Pressure

If your BP is high, then the doctor will advise you to eat moong dal, but in case of low blood pressure, if the situation is reversed, then you should not eat moong dal at all, otherwise problems are bound to increase.

2. Bloating
When due for any reason you become a victim of bloating or flatulence, distance should be made from moong dal because short-chain carbs are found in it, due to which there may be a problem in digestion.

3. Low Blood Sugar
People whose blood sugar has decreased, often complain of weakness or dizziness. In such a situation, eating moong dal is not free from danger because it will further reduce the blood sugar level and then you may faint.

4. Uric Acid
People who are troubled by uric acid should avoid eating moong dal because it can increase the level of uric acid in the body and then pain in your joints will start, so caution is necessary.
