Ingredients for making gourd fritters
Gram flour - 1 bowl
Grated Bottle Gourd – 2 bowls
Green chili chopped - 2-3
Green coriander chopped - 1 tbsp
Garlic cloves chopped - 1
Ginger grated - 1 tsp
Whole coriander - 1 tsp
Red chili - 1/4 tsp
Mint - 4-5 leaves
Oil - for frying
salt - as per taste

How to make gourd fritters
To make Lauki Pakoda, first choose a soft gourd. After this, wash the gourd and remove the upper peel with the help of a sieve. Now grate the bottle gourd and take it out in a vessel. After this, finely chop green chilies, green coriander, and also grate ginger. Then add red chili powder, whole coriander seeds, green chilies, green coriander, mint leaves, gram flour, and salt as per taste to the bottle gourd and mix everything well and prepare the mixture.

Now put oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame. When the oil becomes hot and starts boiling, put the gourd mixture little by little and make pakoras in the boiling oil. Put gourd pakoras according to the capacity of the pan and then roast them by turning them for some time. Fry the gourd pakodas till they become golden and crispy from both sides. Similarly, prepare pakodas from all the mixture. Tasty and healthy gourd pakoras are ready to serve. Serve them with green chutney.
