Material :
1.5 cups fresh fenugreek finely chopped, 2 cup gram flour, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1/2 tsp red chili powder, 1/4 tsp carom seeds, 1 pinch asafoetida, 1 pinch baking soda, 1 tbsp curd, 2 tbsp oil, salt as per taste lukewarm water for kneading

1 bay leaf, 2 cloves, 4 black pepper, 1/4 tsp whole cumin, 1 tsp ginger grated, 1 1 1/2 pinch asafoetida, tsp green chili paste, 1/2 tsp dry mango powder, salt to taste, red chili, little c coriander leaves, 2-3 tbsp mustard oil
Method :
Mix all the spices, fenugreek leaves, and oil in the gram flour and knead a soft and hard dough by adding water little by little.
Applying smoothness on the hands, make this mixture half an inch thick and roll in length.
Boil water and put them in it.
When boiled, they will puff up and come up. Take them out and keep them in a sieve, so that their water can drain out.
Then cut them into half-inch pieces.
Heat mustard oil and fry it for a minute after tempering asafoetida, cumin, bay leaves, cloves, and black pepper.
Then add fenugreek seeds, mix the spices, and stir for five minutes.
Serve by sprinkling green coriander.
You can eat them both as a vegetable or as a snack.
