If you wear tight underwear, then these problems can occur due to a lack of air passage to the vagina. That's why wear a little loose cotton underwear.
  • Some of you women must have heavy periods and some have normal periods. In such a situation, you should keep in mind that the pad must be changed in 4-5 hours. It doesn't matter whether your periods are heavy or not.
  • If you use a tampon during your period, make sure to change it every 2-3 hours as well. Using the same pad or tampon increases the risk of infection in your private part.
