Ingredients for making Kulfi
Milk - 2 liters
Sugar - 4 to 5 tbsp
Pistachios - small half bowl (chopped)
Saffron threads - half tsp
Small cardamom - crushed 8 pieces
Method
Everyone likes to eat Kulfi in the summer season. To make it at home, first, boil the milk in a vessel. Slow down the gas and let it cook till it reduces to one-third. Do not forget to stir it while cooking milk.
When it is cooked well, add sugar and pistachios to it and keep stirring continuously. Meanwhile, add ground saffron threads and cardamom to it. After cooking, remove it from the gas and keep it cool.
After some time, when it cools down, put it in Kulfi mode and keep it in the fridge to set. When the Kulfi is set, serve it cold. If desired, decorate it by putting pistachios and saffron on top of it.
