We have brought you a Masoor Dal Vada recipe which you can make in a very easy way.

Material :
1 cup masoor dal, 2 green chilies, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1 chopped onion, 4 tbsp mustard oil, 4 clove garlic, 1-inch ginger, 1 tsp cumin powder, salt to taste

Method :
First of all soak Masoor Dal in water. Let it soak for about an hour.

Now drain the water and grind the lentils in a blender. Add garlic cloves, ginger, green chilies, and a little water to it and make a smooth paste.

Cut the onion into thin and long slices.

Now take out the paste in a bowl, add salt, black pepper powder, cumin powder, and chopped coriander, and mix it well. Also, add chopped onions.

Heat mustard oil in a nonstick pan.

Now take out the dal mixture with a spoon and put it in the pan. But don't flatten it too much. Keep the vada in a circular shape only.

Fry all the vadas till they become light golden brown and crispy from both sides.
