Masala Macaroni: If macaroni is made with classic Indian flavor, then its taste increases even more. At the same time, children also like this dish very much. So let's know what is the recipe to make it.
Material :
1 cup macaroni 3 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp cumin
4 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
2-3 green chilies, finely chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
1/4 cup chopped carrots
1/2 cup chopped capsicum
1/4 cup green peas (optional)
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp garam masala
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons tomato or chili sauce (optional)
1 tsp lemon juice
Coriander leaves (for garnish)
Method :
1. Boil the macaroni and drain the water. Sprinkle some oil on the macaroni from above and keep it aside.
2. Heat oil in a wok or pan on medium heat and add cumin seeds, garlic cloves, and green chilies.
3. Add chopped onions and fry till they leave the water.
4. Add chopped tomatoes and the remaining vegetables of your choice and mix well.
5. Lower the flame and add turmeric, chili powder, garam masala, black pepper, and salt.
6. Saute the vegetables and spices together. Taste the seasoning and add ketchup or chili sauce accordingly.
7. Add the cooked macaroni to the spiced vegetables and mix well.
8. Cover the pan with a lid and let it cook for a minute or two.
9. Garnish the pasta with lemon juice and chopped coriander.
10. Serve hot.
