Ingredients required to make papad curry
One finely chopped onion, 5 papads, 3 servings, ginger paste, a pinch of red chili powder, three chopped green chilies, two tablespoons of curd, two tablespoons of refined oil, cumin, garlic paste, one teaspoon of ground turmeric, and delicious papad curry with salt. A little more coriander is needed for garnishing as per taste.
Papad curry recipe
To make papad curry, first of all, take papad and deep fry it. People who like to eat low-calorie food. Roasting is the best option for them. Now cut the papad into two equal pieces and keep one aside. Now heat oil or ghee in a pan. When hot, add cumin seeds. Now add garlic, and ginger paste along with chopped onion in oil and fry for some time and now add red chili powder and turmeric powder.
Fry for 2 minutes, now add curd and mix. After adding curd, add half a cup of water and keep the mixture till it boils. Add salt as per taste and mix again. Put broken papad pieces in it. Now your papad curry is ready. Now serve it with plain boiled rice.
