If you are fond of eating Rabdi and are bored of eating the same type of Rabdi, then this time you can give a twist to its taste. Many are available in the market in summer. In such a situation, you can make Mango Rahbadi at home this season.

Material :
1-liter full cream
2 tbsp sugar
1 cup mango puree
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
5-6 saffron threads
6-7 pistachios (chopped)
4-5 almonds (chopped)

Method :
To make Mango Rabdi, first, boil the milk till it thickens.
Boil it until its quantity is reduced to half.
Now add sugar to this thick milk and stir till the sugar dissolves.
After this, add chopped pistachios-almonds and other dry fruits to it.
Now add cardamom powder and saffron and turn off the gas.
After that keep it cool down. When it cools down, add mango puree to it.
Now pour this mixture into a bowl and let it set for a while.
Garnish it with dry fruits after it becomes as thick as rabdi.
