To make Mango Peda, take three-fourth cups of mango puree, milk powder, and condensed milk, one-fourth cup of sugar, a pinch of food color, three tablespoons of ghee, a big pinch of saffron, a big pinch of cardamom powder, almonds, garnish. Keep pistachios and nuts or silver foil ready for topping.

After collecting all the ingredients, now prepare to make Mango Peda. For this, first, take a heavy bottom pan. Now put one big spoon of ghee and heat it on low flame. Add milk powder and condensed milk to the pan. Continue cooking till you get the consistency of the dough. Now take out this mixture on a plate. After this, put about 2 tbsp of ghee in the pan and heat it. Now add mango puree, cardamom powder, and saffron to it.

Then you kept on stirring this whole mixture continuously till it thickens slightly. Now pour the mixture of milk powder and condensed milk into the pan and mix. Now when the mixture becomes thick after cooking, turn off the gas. Let the mixture cool down and prepare by making pedas. Flatten the pedas and plant almonds in the middle.
