Material :
1 cup almonds, 2 cups cauliflower, coriander leaves, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp ginger, green chilies, salt to taste, 1 tsp black pepper powder,
Method :
First roast the almonds, then leave them to cool.
- Heat oil in a pan and splutter cumin seeds.
Now add chopped ginger, and chopped green chilies and fry it.
Cook the cabbage, now add lemon juice and green coriander to it.
Then add salt, pepper, and roasted almonds.
