Mango Puree (3 to 4 cups)
Milk powder (3 to 4 cups)
Almonds (10 to 12)
Ghee (3 tbsp)
Sugar (1/4 cup)
Cardamom powder (1 big pinch)
Pistachios (to garnish)
Nuts or Silver Panna (for garnishing)
Food color (a pinch)
Saffron (1 big pinch)
condensed milk (3 to 4 cups)
How to make peda
To make Mango Peda, first, take ghee in a pan and heat it. Now add condensed milk and milk powder mix and cook till it becomes thick. The gas should be reduced while cooking it, otherwise, it will burn. After it is cooked well, take it out on a plate. Now heat ghee in another pan, add mango puree, saffron, and cardamom powder, and cook it well. When it is cooked, mix the previously cooked condensed milk and milk powder in it.
Now keep stirring it continuously. When it becomes thick, take it out on a plate. Make pedas after it cools down. Use pistachios, saffron threads and nuts, or even silver emeralds to decorate the trees. When the peda is made, keep it in the fridge to set. When you serve it to your family members, everyone will appreciate it after eating it.
