How to make Dhaba Style Lasuni Chana
Put white chickpeas in a bowl and soak them overnight. Then put it in the pressure cooker, add water and mix well. Cover it with a lid and cook for 2 whistles. Then open the lid and take it off the flame. In a bowl add ginger garlic paste, salt, red chili, lemon juice, cornflour, all-purpose flour, soy sauce, and mix. Mix it well. Then add boiled chickpeas to it and mix well.

Heat oil in a pan and fry them till they become golden brown and crisp. Take it out on paper and keep it aside. Heat the required oil in a heavy pan and fry 20 grams garlic till it turns golden brown. Remove it from the flame and take it out in a bowl. Then add salt and mix well. Add it to the fried gram, mix well and serve hot.
