Method
It is very easy to make jaggery gajak at home. In such a situation, first of all, fry the sesame seeds till they turn golden. While roasting it, keep in mind that the sesame seeds should not be burnt.


After this, heat the ghee in a pan. Now mix jaggery in hot oil and cook it lightly. When the jaggery starts melting and bubbling, add roasted sesame seeds to it.
Now mix this mixture gently so that the sesame seeds get coated well with the jaggery. Roll this mixture like a thin roti with the help of a rolling pin on a greased plate or plate.
Let it cool and then cut it into small pieces. Your gajak is ready. You can store it and keep it for many days.
