Method
Thandai is very dear to Mahadev. In such a situation, to make Thandai, first take hot water in a bowl and soak almonds in it. Keeping it aside, now soak cashew nuts, pistachios, melon seeds, and poppy seeds in water for ten minutes in another bowl.
When the almonds are soaked in hot water for 15 minutes, peel them and separate them. Now grind all the ingredients finely in the mixer. To make its paste, use milk instead of water.
Now soak saffron in two spoons of milk and keep it aside. Along with this, ground cardamom, black pepper, and rose petals thoroughly and make a fine powder. After grinding all the things, now boil the milk add sugar to it, and mix it properly.

Easy way to make thandai
When the sugar is mixed properly, add saffron milk to it and let it boil for two to three minutes. After the milk boils properly, mix all the ingredients well. Keep stirring the milk continuously. After mixing well, turn off the gas, cool the thandai, and then offer it to Mahadev.
