Drinking too much

It is seen that most people like to drink lemonade at the beginning of their day. Since the metabolic rate of the body is high at that time and in such a situation, if lemonade is drunk, then it benefits health. However, during this time you should pay special attention to its quantity. Drinking a glass of lemon water early in the morning is enough if you do not drink more than two glasses of lemonade at all. Lemon is acidic, and hence its excessive consumption can cause acidity problems in the body. Not only this, but it also increases the chances of getting acid reflux.

Making lemonade in cold water

Some people consume lemon squeezed in cold water during the test. It may sound tasty to drink, but in reality, you do not get enough benefits of lemonade by doing so. Therefore, always try to prepare lemonade with the help of lukewarm water at least in the morning.

Add lemon only

This is a common mistake that most people make. Usually, health-conscious people just squeeze lemon in water, but you should not do this. Along with lemon, you must also add honey to the water. Drink lemonade throughout the day
