Whether the land has been occupied, whether the land is ancestral to someone, whether the land is suitable for farming or not. All this information will reach the Bihar Revenue and Land Reforms Department. People who have land in Bihar. But they live outside Bihar in Delhi. They can take part in this survey. What can people living in Delhi do?
The land of many such people is also included in the Bihar Land Survey. People who live outside Bihar now. Among them there are many people who have settled in Delhi. But their lands are still in Bihar. If you have land in Bihar. And you live in Delhi. Then there is no need to worry. You just have to adopt this method. Actually, for land survey in Bihar, you will have to give the documents of your land to the survey team.
If you are living outside Bihar i.e. in Delhi. Then you can submit these documents online. On the basis of these documents, the survey team will prepare a record. Which you will be able to see after 6 months. This process is called draft publication. If someone else's name is registered on your land in the draft publication. Then you can complain about it online.
Three chances will be given
Regarding the Bihar survey, Revenue and Land Reforms Department Secretary Jai Singh said that the government will not do this survey in a hurry. It will be done in the right way by taking time. If any mistake is made in giving information to a land owner. And due to this the decision of the survey team goes against him.
In such a case, you will be given three opportunities to appeal against the survey team's decision. Even after that, if you feel that the decision is not correct, you can file your petition in the civil court or the high court.
