In such a situation, the upper part of the pulp of the fruit starts turning black. As soon as the fruits are cut, a type of enzyme is secreted and they turn black due to oxidation due to exposure to air. If you have cut too many mangoes, but there is no one to eat them, do not worry. Mix one spoonful of honey and one glass of water in the utensil. Put chopped mango pieces in it. When the mango cools down, it will be more fun to eat and it will not turn black. Keeping any cut fruit in the freeze does not allow microorganisms to grow. In this way, mangoes remain fresh.

A little lemon juice can also be added to the mango pieces. Acidic in nature, lemon slows down the oxidation process, due to which it does not turn black.
4. Store the mango pieces in a food wrap. This is an easy and effective way to avoid the blackening of mangoes. When these are covered with food wrap, the enzymes coming out of them will not come in contact with air, due to which oxidation will not happen and mangoes will not turn black.
