Ingredients to make Soya Chaap Curry -

To make Soya Chaap Curry, 250 grams of soya cheap, 3 tomatoes, a piece of ginger, a green chili, 100 grams of cream, 4 teaspoons of oil, a pinch of asafoetida, a quarter teaspoon cumin, a quarter teaspoon turmeric powder, Quarter teaspoon red chili, quarter teaspoon garam masala, one teaspoon kasoori fenugreek, a little cinnamon, black pepper, cardamom, cloves, chopped coriander, and salt.

Method for making soya chaap curry-

To make a soya chap, cut the soya chap into one and a half inch sizes. Now heat the oil in a pan and fry the soya chaap and take it out after it turns light brown. Now make a paste by grinding tomatoes, green chilies, and ginger. After this, heat the oil in a pan and add cumin and asafoetida to it. After this, add turmeric powder, coriander powder, kasoori fenugreek, standing hot spices, black pepper, cardamom, cloves, and cinnamon to the pan and roast till it becomes golden. Now put this tomato paste in the mixture and stir, when tomatoes start leaving oil, add garam masala and cream and stir till it starts boiling. Now add half a cup of water to it. Now after boiling, mix soy sauce and salt and cook on low flame for 5 minutes. In this way your soya chaap curry is ready. In the last, add coriander to it and serve.
