You must have heard that kissing keeps the health of teeth and mouth healthy, but very few people know that it also boosts immunity. The dentist has revealed this in a news published in The Sun. Dr Allen of Postal Dental, a clinic in Ireland has shared important information about this. Dr Allen says that if you kiss your partner passionately, it will not only make your teeth healthy but also boost your immunity.

The saliva produced in the mouth makes the mouth, teeth and gums healthy and when you kiss someone for several minutes, this method works to increase the jaggery bacteria. Dr Allen further said, 'There are some organisms in saliva that work to eliminate bacteria that harm oral health'.

According to another dentist, kissing the partner daily for about 4 minutes continuously boosts immunity. By the way, 80 per cent of the salivary bacteria are the same for everyone, while 20 per cent can be unique to you. The doctor said, 'Kissing creates antibodies in the body and with this, your body can fight against harmful infections'.

Often people refrain from kissing their partner due to keeping hygiene in mind, but this information says that you should kiss your partner openly. Although Dr Allen also said that if your partner is ill or is troubled by any other problem, then ignore kissing. If love is expressed without keeping hygiene in mind, then there can be many problems.

By the way, to take care of oral health, daily brushing and other activities must be followed. If you want to try home remedies for the problem of toothache, then you should take the help of clove or the oil made from it.
