Kidney gets damaged by the consumption of these things
1. Excessive consumption of salt

The common diet of young people contains more and more salt, due to which their kidneys have to work more. Excessive consumption of salt can cause high blood pressure, which can damage the kidneys.

2. Excessive consumption of protein
Protein is important for our body, but excessive protein consumption can also affect the kidneys. Young people should eat a high protein diet like meat in limited quantity.

3. Drinking too much tea and coffee

Excessive consumption of tea, coffee, and other caffeinated beverages can affect the kidneys. Especially at a young age, people do this to avoid fatigue, which can prove to be dangerous in the long term.

4. Fried food
Eating too much oil and fried food can increase body weight, which can affect the kidneys. If you eat things like French fries, chips, or chicken fry, then control it.

5. Drinking alcohol
Alcohol is not only a social evil, but it is also a big enemy of our kidneys. Those who consume it excessively, their kidneys get damaged. Therefore, do not touch such things at all and keep your friends and close ones away from them.
