In the rush of the morning, many times we skip our breakfast. But breakfast is very important for good health. So if you are looking for a healthy breakfast for yourself, then this Keto Upma which can be prepared in minutes will be a great option.

Material :
a cauliflower or broccoli
two finely chopped green chilies
half a teaspoon finely chopped ginger
one teaspoon of olive oil
3-4 curry leaves
half a teaspoon mustard seeds
1/2 tsp red chili powder
Salt
Spice

Method :
First of all, grind the cabbage or broccoli coarsely in the mixer.
Now add curry leaves and mustard seeds in a pan and roast it.
After this add all the finely chopped vegetables and cook it well.
Now put ground cabbage or broccoli in it and cook on low flame.
Later add chili powder, chaat masala, and salt to it and mix well.
Now add roasted peanuts and finely chopped coriander.
Steaming hot keto upma is ready. Serve it with chutney or curd.
