Making Kalakand sweets is not a difficult task. To make Kalakand, you will need khoya, sugar syrup, milk, and paneer. Also, this sweet is prepared in just 15 to 20 minutes.
Ingredients for making kalakand-
300 g paneer
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp milk powder
Half teaspoon cardamom powder
Chopped pistachios
Rose petal
Method to make Kalakand Sweets-
To make Kalakand, first grate 300 grams of paneer or blend it well in a mixer. Now put a pan on the gas and heat it. Then put 2 tbsp sugar in it as well as add paneer. Now mix both of them well and keep stirring. After 5 to 10 minutes, run it on low flame. Now pour one tablespoon of milk over it and stir. After this add cardamom powder on top. Then keep mixing it well and after a while take it out on a plate. Spread the entire mixture on the plate. Spread chopped pistachios and rose leaves over it. Then cut it into pieces when it cools down and serve the kalakand.
