Women who are 18 years of age or older
Girls studying in schools and colleges
Working women whose salary does not come under the tax net.
Women who work in the unorganized sector
Those housewives who do not get government pension etc.
On the other hand, women who will be eligible for the scheme will be required to have a Voter ID card from Delhi. When you apply, you will need this document and it is mandatory to have this Voter ID card in Delhi.
These are those women who will not be able to avail of benefits
If you already receive any pension under the Chief Minister Mahila Samman Yojana, you will be ineligible. Similarly, those who pay taxes and have government jobs, etc. will also be ineligible for this scheme.
When will you start getting benefits?
During the budget, Finance Minister Atishi announced this Chief Minister Mahila Samman Yojana. After this, during a conversation with news agency PTI, he informed that the Chief Minister Mahila Samman Yojana will be implemented by the month of September-October this year. He also said that this scheme will be notified after the Lok Sabha Elections Model Code of Conduct is lifted.
