Ingredients required to make roti pakodas
Potato 2-3 medium size
Green coriander 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Chili flakes 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
Green chili 1 tsp finely chopped
Gram flour 2 tbsp
Ajwain 1/4 tsp
Cumin 1/2 small
Pinch of turmeric powder
Oil for frying
Water 1 cup
How to make roti pakodas?
To make roti pakoras, first of all, mash the boiled potatoes.
Then you add green coriander, salt, chili flakes, red chili powder, and green chilies to it.
After this, mix all these things well.
Then put gram flour in a bowl and prepare the batter.
After this, add chili flakes, salt, turmeric, cumin, celery, and green chilies.
Then add water as required and mix it well to make a slurry.
After this, take the remaining roti and spread the mixture of mashed potatoes on it.
Then cut this roti into at least 4-6 parts and keep it separately.
After this, put oil in a pan and heat it for frying.
Then you dip the bread and potato pieces in gram flour.
After this, put them in hot oil and deep fry them till they become golden.
Now your spicy and crispy roti pakoras are ready.
Then serve these hot pakoras with ketchup or your favorite chutney.
