4 to 5 boiled potatoes, 1 tsp garlic paste, 2 tsp corn flour, 1 tsp chili flakes, oil, salt, chopped coriander leaves.

Finely chopped garlic, ginger, onion, capsicum, sugar, salt, 1 teaspoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon red chili sauce, 2 teaspoons ketchup, two teaspoons arrowroot.
Chilli Garlic Potato Recipe
Step 1- To make Chilli Garlic Potato, first boil the potatoes and peel them. Now grate the boiled potatoes or mash them well.
Step 2- Then add corn flour, chili flakes, garlic paste, salt, and green coriander to the potatoes and mix all these ingredients.
Step 3- When all the ingredients are mixed well in potatoes, make small balls of this mixture. If you want, you can give any other shape also.
Step 4- Now put oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame.
Step 5- Put the balls of potato mixture in this oil and deep fry them well, until their color becomes light golden.

If you want to make chili garlic potato with gravy, then heat one spoon of oil in a pan, add chopped garlic, ginger, onion, and capsicum, and fry. Then add light sugar, salt, 1 teaspoon soya sauce, 1 teaspoon red chili sauce, 2 teaspoons ketchup, and cook for two minutes then add half a cup of water and dissolve two teaspoons of arrowroot in the pan. After cooking for two minutes, add fried potato pieces to it, mix well and serve.
