First, roast the cashews. Just put some butter in a pan and add cashews. Keep stirring till it turns golden. Do not let them burn. Keep them aside. Heat some oil in another pan and add bay leaf. Now add tomatoes and fry in oil for some time. Meanwhile, grind the unroasted cashew nuts and take them out on a plate. Put tomatoes in a grinder and make a fine paste.
In the same pan add tomato puree and let it cook with ginger garlic paste. Put some butter in the pan and add the cashew powder. Stir the mixture well and let it cook. add the rest of the spices
Mix well and add half-chopped green chillies. Let it boil and put garam masala in the mixie. Add salt and add fresh cream. Thus mix carefully and add kasoori methi. Garnish with coriander leaves and first-roasted cashews.
