According to the Hindu calendar, the festival of Kajri Teej is being celebrated on Saturday, 02 September 2023. According to religious beliefs, the Moon God is worshiped on this day. The time of moonrise on Kajri Teej is considered to be 07:44 in the evening. Apart from this, Revati Nakshatra is also being formed today which is starting from 12:30 pm.

Importance of Kajri Teej
Kajri Teej is known as Bada Teej. According to religious beliefs, the first fast of Kajri Teej was kept by Goddess Parvati. The women who observe this fast bring happiness and prosperity to their homes and the future of their children also becomes bright. By observing this fast, many types of problems in life can be solved. It is also said that if a virgin girl observes this fast, she gets her desired groom. On Kajri Teej, Moon is worshiped and Arghya is offered to her. Doing this is considered very beneficial.
