Material :
500 grams bhindi, 2-3 chopped onions, 1 tomato, 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste, 1 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 1 teaspoon red chili powder, salt to taste, 2 tablespoons oil

Method :
First of all wash and cut the okra.

Now heat oil in a pan, deep fry the bhindi in it.

Then add cumin and chopped onion to the oil and fry.

Now add chopped tomatoes and ginger-garlic paste and mix well.

Add spices to it and mix again.

Add salt and mix well.

Fry the spices, then add fried bhindi.

Cover it for 2-3 minutes.

Kadai bhindi is ready.
