Ingredients of Jowar Dosa
- 1 cup jowar
- 1/2 cup urad dal
- 1 tsp fenugreek seeds
- ghee or oil as required
- salt to taste
How to make Jowar Dosa
1. First of all, wash one cup of jowar and half a cup of washed urad dal and soak it for 6 to 7 hours after adding one teaspoon of fenugreek seeds.
2. After this, grind this mixture till it becomes smooth and keep it fermenting.
3. After fermentation, add salt to the batter as per taste and heat a dosa tawa on the gas.
4. Grease it with ghee and take a ladleful of batter and spread it in a circular shape on a hot griddle.
5. Keep the flame low to medium only. Roast the dosa till it becomes crispy and fold it in half and pair it with chutney or sambar.
