  • Makhane - 1 bowl
  • Roasted gram - 1/2 bowl
  • Dry ginger powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Ajwain - 1 tsp
  • Cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
  • Dry dates - 5
  • Sugar candy - 1/4 bowl

Method to prepare

  • Put all the ingredients in a mixer jar.
  • Then grind it in the form of powder.
  • Mix 1 teaspoon in a glass of water and drink it.

Dry ginger

Dry ginger has anti-inflammatory properties that help relieve joint pain and stiffness. The anti-inflammatory compounds in dry ginger work in a similar way to COX-2 inhibitors. COX-2 inhibitors are drugs used to treat inflammation and pain.
