Method
Making fresh butter is quite easy. To make it, you will neither need to work hard nor many ingredients. To prepare it, first boil the milk and cool it. When a good layer of cream forms on it, collect it. Keep the extracted cream in a vessel and keep it in the fridge for some time.
If you already have cream, you can use that too, just make sure it is not too old. Now take the cream in a large pan and then whisk it slowly. In the beginning, it will be like light cream, but on continuous whisking, the cream will thicken and eventually butter will start forming. After some time, butter will be visible on one side and buttermilk on the other side.
Now take out the butter and wash it thoroughly in cold water so that the remaining buttermilk also comes out and the butter becomes completely clean. Squeeze the butter lightly with your hands to remove the water and keep it in a clean vessel. Your white butter is now ready. Offer sugar candy to Bal Gopal.
