Ingredients for making Tiranga Dhokla
3 cup dhokla batter, 1/4 cup spinach puree, 2 green chilies, 1-inch piece ginger, 1 tbsp carrot puree or 1 tsp orange food color, 1/4 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder, 1 tsp oil, 2 tbsp coconut powder, 1 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves

Method
It is very easy to make Tiranga Dhokla. For this, first of all, keep the Dhokla batter in three different bowls. Divide them into three equal parts.

How to make saffron dhokla
To make Tiranga Dhokla, you have to first prepare the layer of saffron dhokla. For this, just add carrot puree and Kashmiri red chili to the batter and mix. After preparing the batter, put it on the plate for making dhokla by applying oil. Now keep this batter on the gas to get ready. When it is cooked, take it out and keep it separately.

White Dhokla
You do not have to do much to make white dhokla. For this, make the Dhokla batter by pouring it into the mold. When it is cooked, take it out and keep it separately.

green dhokla
To make the last layer of Tiranga Dhokla, simply put spinach puree and ginger chili paste in a bowl and mix well. Now put it in the mold and cook it. When it is cooked, take it out and keep it aside.

As long as all three colored dhoklas are being made, you can prepare the tempering to pour over it. For this, you just have to take hot oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and white sesame seeds.

After this, place green dhokla at the bottom of a plate, followed by white and finally saffron dhokla. Now put the prepared tempering on the dhokla. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve it with chutney.
