The Unique Identification Authority of India i.e. UIDAI issues Aadhaar cards to the citizens of India. It contains biometric and demographic information of the cardholder. At the same time, each card has a unique 12-digit number, which we know as the Aadhaar number. Amidst all this, fraudsters are not desisting from making fake Aadhaar cards of people. These people are doing this for some money, which you may have to bear the loss. That's why you must check whether your Aadhaar card is fake or not. How to detect real-fake Aadhaar card:-
Step 1

If you also want to know whether your Aadhaar card is fake
For this, you have to go to the official website of UIDAI www.uidai.gov.in or you can also open this official resident.uidai.gov.in/verify link

Step 2
As soon as you go to this website, you will find a section called 'My Aadhaar' here.
you have to click here
Then you will get the option of 'Aadhaar Verify' here, click on it and select it.

Step 3
Now you have to click on 'Aadhaar Number'
After this, a box will open in front of you, in which you have to enter the 12-digit Aadhaar number.
Then you have to click on the 'Verify' option

Step 4
After this, you will see that the status of the Aadhaar number entered by you has come on the screen.
If it is written operational here, it means that your Aadhaar number is present.
Whereas, if an invalid Aadhaar number is written, then your Aadhaar card may be fake.
