Ingredients required to make Ginger Garlic Soup-

3 cups mixed vegetables

1-inch piece ginger grated

4 garlic cloves finely chopped

1/2 onion finely chopped

1 carrot finely chopped

1/2 capsicum chopped

3 tbsp sweet corn

3 tbsp cabbage finely chopped

1/2 cup corn flour slurry

2 tbsp spring onion Chopped

1 tsp black pepper crushed

3-4 tsp oil

How to make Ginger Garlic Soup?

To make Ginger Garlic Soup, first of all, take onion, carrot, capsicum, and other vegetables.

Then wash them all thoroughly and chop them finely.

Along with this, cut ginger and garlic into fine pieces.

Then you add mixed vegetables and 5 cups of water in a vessel.

After this, add half a teaspoon of salt to it and boil it on a medium flame for about 15 minutes.

Then put 3 teaspoons of oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame.

After this, add finely chopped onion, garlic, and ginger to the hot oil and fry it well.

Then add sweet corn, half capsicum, and carrot to it and fry for about a minute.

After this, add boiled vegetables to it and boil it for about 5 minutes.

Then add 3 tablespoons of leaves and mix it well.

After this, mix 2 teaspoons of corn flour and half a cup of water in a bowl.

Then you put the cornflour in the soup and boil it for about 2 minutes until it thickens.
