1. Kadhi

Method of preparation: Kadhi is a special dish made using gram flour, curd and spices. It is served with rice and tastes amazing. You can also add pakoras to it if you want.

Tips: Cook the kadhi on low flame and keep stirring at times so that it becomes thick and tasty.

2. Makhana Kheer

Method of preparation: Makhana is cooked in milk and then cooked with sugar, cardamom powder, saffron and dry fruits. Makhana kheer is especially suitable for fasting.

7. Sabudana Khichdi
