When winter comes, the easiest way seems to be to wear more clothes and work. As the winter progresses, the number of clothes also increases. Because if you have to work in the open, then there is no other option available. But when it comes to the inside of the house then many options are available. But as long as we are awake, it is okay that we can wear more clothes, but there should be some way of not feeling cold while sleeping.

If you lie down on the bed and take a quilt, it becomes very cold. Now lying in a cold quilt means shrinking in the cold. Now some remedy has to be found for this cold. So the easy way to warm the quilt is that when you lie down on the bed, instead of spreading the quilt all over the bed, wrap yourself in the quilt. Because if you keep the quilt spread all over the bed, then the quilt or blanket will not be able to get warm.

The heat that is generated inside the quilt while sleeping at night is generated from your body heat only. Therefore, if you cover the quilt or blanket by spreading it more, then there will be more gap inside and the heat coming out from the body will not be able to heat that entire gap properly. That's why you have to sleep by wrapping the quilt completely while sleeping, by doing this the heat inside it will remain intact till morning.

It also makes a difference
If you are sleeping alone on a double bed then you are more likely to catch a cold. The easiest way to avoid this is to fill the space next to you with pillows so that the warmth remains. When you cover your mouth, heat is generated rapidly inside. This happens because the carbon dioxide that you exhale remains inside the quilt. Because of this heat remains there. The second big reason is that if the quilt is not left open from anywhere, then the cold air from outside will not come inside, due to this also the quilt will remain warm.
